Overview
Client360 is our primary internal platform for managing sensitive client financial data, portfolio performance, and KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation. Due to the sensitive nature of the data (PII and SPI), access is strictly governed by our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Policy.
1. Access Policies & Compliance
Before requesting access, please ensure you meet the following mandatory requirements:
Training: You must have completed the Annual Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Training within the last 12 months.
Approval: All requests require a digital "thumbs up" from your direct supervisor or Department Head.
Principle of Least Privilege: Users will only be granted the minimum level of access necessary to perform their job functions. Administrative roles require additional verification from the Security Team.
2. Standard User Roles
When making your request, you will be asked to select a role. Please refer to the table below to identify which level you need:
| Role | Permissions | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Viewer | Read-only access to client dashboards and reports. | Analysts, Auditors, and Interns. |
| Standard | Can edit client records, upload documents, and run trade simulations. | Relationship Managers and Account Officers. |
| Power User | Can perform bulk data exports and manage sub-accounts. | Team Leads and Senior Operations. |
| Administrator | System configuration and user permission management. | IT Support and IAM Team only. |
3. How to Request Access
We have streamlined the provisioning process through our Zendesk AI Assistant.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Launch the Assistant: Click the "Help" or "Chat" bubble at the bottom right of the Employee Portal.
State Your Intent: Type "I need access to Client360" or "Provision new account."
Provide Details: The AI will prompt you for your Employee ID, the Role required, and the Department Code.
Verification: The AI will automatically check your training records. If a gap is found, you will be directed to the Learning Management System (LMS) first.
Final Approval: Once submitted, a notification is sent to your manager. You will receive an email once the account is active (typically within 1–2 business hours).
4. Troubleshooting & FAQs
I forgot my Employee ID: You can find this on your digital payslip or in the HR portal under 'Profile.'
My manager is on leave: Please provide the name of the designated "Acting Manager" or your Department Head during the prompt sequence.
Can I request access for a contractor? Yes, but you must provide the contractor’s end-contract date to ensure the account is scheduled for auto-deactivation.
Note: Unauthorized attempts to access Client360 or sharing login credentials is a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in disciplinary action.
