Billing Information
This guide explains how billing works for your subscription.
Billing Cycle
Your billing cycle begins on the date you sign up or upgrade. You'll be charged automatically on the same day each month or year, depending on your plan.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- Debit cards
- PayPal
- Wire transfer (Enterprise plans only)
Updating Payment Information
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter your new card details
- Click "Save"
Viewing Invoices
All invoices are available in your account:
- Navigate to Settings → Billing → Invoices
- Click on any invoice to view or download
- Invoices are sent to your billing email automatically
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We'll retry the charge 3 times over 10 days
- You'll receive email notifications
- Update your payment method to avoid service interruption
- After 10 days, your account may be suspended
